    Do you believe in the evil eye?

    Do you believe in the ability of some people to wish you nasty things and have them occur?

    Or at least the ability of some people to give you bad luck and drain your karma?

                          I believe in the spirit world just as I believe in God. Jesus had to tell off evil spirits at least once, send the devil packing once, and I believe that some of our less honorable inclinations are founded in the influence of spirits. Whether or not a fellow human being can influence spirits to cause me harm is another thing entirely. Also, much stronger than the forces of evil are the forces of good, and I put my trust in these infinately powerful forces. Whether they would let evil spirits do me harm as was done with Job is doubtful. I believe myself to be protected, but we all die eventually.

                          So it's my choice that I have to worry about, do I choose evil or good? I don't believe anyone but myself will influence my free will to make a decision that could do me harm.
