However I was lousy at school in Jersey where survival was the true measure and an 80 would have been one of my better grades. So, it feels strange to play the bothered elder, but we pay her college. Might as well get our $ worth.

Still, trig in college? I guess it is fine if it is some sort of basic course for freshmen who have no intention of ever having more math. Or using math.
