This thread is priceless. One of our more memorable thread. Though for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would lie about ordering a 4 foot pizza alone. That seems kind of pathetic. . Now if it was some wild sex party you were providing food for, then that would be a better lie.

Spec is right, but I'm not sure why he's persisting. As my cursory research showed, the standard door is 36". Note, the door was advertised as 36", not the frame, so you wouldn't deduct more because of trim.

Not to mention you aren't getting a 4' pizza in your fridge. I know Oerdin leaves his pizzas out. But you don't want to do that for too long, or it will go bad. Now you could cut out the pieces and stack them so they fit in the fridge.

Ordered from New York Giant Pizza in Mira Mesa about 2 miles from my house. Their normal large only goes up to 28" but you can order custom made pizza's of up to 48" as a party favor. Give them a call Spec.

I'd bet that a bit smaller varieties (like, say, a 12 inch one) probably taste better as well .

The website linked says very little. They don't list what sizes they have. They do however list a phone number.

How bad does Spec want to find out?

One call will verify if they do indeed have such a pizza and more importantly, if one was purchased in the last couple days.
