  • What do you put on your scrambled eggs?

I normally put hot sauce but I'd run out so this morning I dug up an old jar of Punjabi spicy mango pickle. It's the chunky kind with big pieces of mango and lots of chickpeas in it. The spicy and the sweet balance well on the eggs.

                          garlic salt

Often topped with Muenster cheese, but that's more of a fritata.
