In the sense of the Hegelian philosophical basis of communism, capitalism being thesis and communism antithesis, we first have to define capitalism:
Capitalism is a state in which humans exploit humans.
Then, forming the antithesis, Communism is the exact opposite.

So, communism is a state in which there are less than two humans? That's the only condition under which humans will not try to exploit humans.

Exploitation requres both someone willing to exploit and someone willing to be exploited. We can never change the first, but we can change the second easily.

Yes, it's a double entendre. The joke is that opposite could be referring to the word exploitation or to the man by man. So the clueless socialist is admitting his system is exploitive when he means the opposite.
