You'd have to open it in PS (or the free and LEGAL gimp) and edit each layer. My guess is there are probably 10 or 12 layers there at least, each would need the same santa hats added...Originally posted by Spec

Spec. Animated GIFs are just layers where each layer is shown one at a time.
PS (and the gimp) probably can do it for you automatically, but i'm not sure how that would work (and how well it would work).<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.
