How can you be sure they weren't just big boned?

Some of them seem to be mentally handicaped.

At least the one case in grmany I know of.
There was a judge in esatern germany. When he was at work his food during the day would often only consist of chocolate bars (like snickers and mars) and soft drinks (like coke).

With more than a decade practicing this one sided nourishment it was no wonder that he got fatter and fatter and finally developed a diabetes.

        So what did he do?
He tired to sue the company that produced the chocolate bars, as well as the coca cola company because theys didn´t have a warning on tgheir packages that their products can cause diabetes.

(Well, the judges which presided over his case weren´t exactly his opinion and decided that such a warning wouldn´t be necessary, as every mentally healthy person would know, that chocolate bars and the like are just snacks and no replacement for whole meals and that it would be insane to try to live only from them for years)

Fat people are a manifestation of a broken society - their lives must be so empty and depressing that they have to resort to food for happiness...

I suppose for that reason alone we should feel sorry for them, and I suppose in the absence of an American signature to Kyoto they do double up as handy form of mobile carbon sequestration - so I guess they do have their uses...
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

I would die after a year or two of a candy bar and pop diet. (maybe less than a year)

did the guy have any teeth left?

My brothers teeth were crap before age 40. not too many candy bars, though he does eat them, but lots and lots of soda. The meth doesn't help, I heard that ruins your teeth as well. I think the meth is what keep his weight down.

                  Dunno,
they didn´t mention his teeth in the article,
but as he only sued the companies for his diabetes and not for any holes in his teeth I assume that they were still intact.
Maybe he still believed in the use of regularly brushing them.

I make outlandish comments for comedy value, not because I believe in them or actually want to do them.

I blame elevators. I moved to a building without one, to 4th floor. Went from 114K to 102 or so in, hum... Nearly unhealthy time period. Yay me.

                        Bush is also at fault.
I've allways wanted to play "Russ Meyer's Civilization"
