    I think it may also have to do with the... nature of the people who have the trouble.
    Don't get me wrong here. I'm not saying Miami is Santa Barbara or anything. I'm just saying that the facts need to be seen.

      I have trouble believing Miami can be that bad, but I have never been there... Closest I've been is Ft. Lauderdale, nothing seemed wrong with that town. A good party town.
