It's really odd to hear a British speaker use the word "skanky" in the sense of "promiscuous".
When I lived there it only meant "unclean".
As in: "I played football all day and now my clothes are all skanky".
Not as in: "I slept with two guys in one night then rinsed my mouth with another guy. Now I feel skanky.""lol internet" ~ AAHZComment
