I guess only Aussies will know this one, but that reminds me of a very funny show, where they had a skit called Bastards Incorporated, where they held meetings presenting ideas for ****ty products (the ones that exist and commonly annoy us), like toothpaste tubes where it is impossible to get the last bit of toothpaste out, pens that purposely spill the ink, etc

Seems the only way to contact Sega customer support was through their e-mail service. So I e-mailed them my problem and question and now I have to wait for them to reply, and to find out if they can even do anything for me.
