Why would people destroy their brain for hallucinations? What's so great about hallucinations? Dreams are bad enough. I left the news on last night, and had dreams about Oprah Winfrey's school in So. Africa. . dreams suck.

I used to get wasted. I wonder why sometimes. It's probably mostly because I was young, but then lot's of other people were young and didn't do it. I'm just glad I'm smarter now.

I still want to get wasted, at times. It is because I want things that I don't have now, and am unsatisfied with things, and I know that during the time when I am drunk.. I will be away from that and enjoying myself. Of course, I also know that it won't get me any nearer my goals and will in fact harm them.

It's fun to get wasted sometimes and there are other benefits beyond a good night. You just have to be careful and watch the frequency of your indulgence.

Why do people do anything, period? Many people want to get high because they LIKE getting high. That is, the experience or feeling it provides is something they would enjoy. Relaxing, partying or just for reflecting.

So it's pretty damn obvious.

Then again, there are other reasons as well. But I'd say you start from that, not from "because the dealer injected H after the school in the parking lot and they became addicted". Dealers at school yards are the biggest myth ever. There might be some, but it isn't like they make it out to be.

And this Jenkens story is rather sad. It's like the glue and other sniffers, mostly young street kids. Their life isn't something I'd feel great about, it's a damn shame really, to not have a chance and already lose it for the future as well.
