I heard on the radio that they have made over 10 million dollars in only one week, this seems to be working fine

Yep, Wired reports that despite heavy dl'ing from torrent sites 1.2 million albums were dl'ed from the Radiohead site. The average price payed were between $5-8. So at least $6 million so far. That's not bad...

Wow.. mightn't work for other bands though. I'm sure the windfall is also due to the fact that they were the first band (major band) to do something like this.
