anyone know anything about dogs?
I'm concerned about my dog. I need to take her to the vet for tests I know. But I am unemployed... I need to get a job soon. I may try to find a temp agency so I can get some money to fix my bathtub and take my dog to the vet.
She's been acting strangely. Her appetite is down (though she is eating some), she claws the carpet as if she's digging. Something she's never really done before. I'm not sure why she is doing this. Her breathing seems a little labored at times, though other times seems normal. The temperature is fairly cool right now, so I don't think it's the heat. And she's a bit lethargic. She's always been kind of a lazy dog, which is why I love her so much, as I don't like dogs with too much energy, as I don't have a lot of energy.
I tried looking up some symptoms on one pet health website. It's hard to narrow it down. Perhaps some heart or respiratory condition is best I can come up with. But perhaps me leaving for 4 days is causing her to act this way. But I've been on trips before...
I know there is only one way to find out for sure. Then comes the question of how much I'm willing to spend on my dog if it's a serious medical condition. It's a decision that I've always dreaded thinking about.
