I have probably played around 60% of them.

The list is missing the game I played most for the amiga, though (except for Civ I). That game was Power Monger by Bullfrog. That was an awesome game.

            Aah....fond memories

I love the Amiga, it was a brilliant machine, it's was very stable.

I have played most of those games and many many others not listed.

A lot of the Amiga games are far more fun than anything released in the past 10 years.

I didn't realize civ was available for amiga. When did amiga cease to exist in production and in games made for it?

I never owned one. C64 was my last. Amiga was a bit pricey anyways, and then I joined the navy and had no ability to own a computer. (no place to put it)

I think it slowly began to die out during the first half of the 90s.

I for my part switched to PC around 1990/1991, at a time where there were still new games for Amiga available, but the market for games on PC began to increase more and more.

I owned at least 50 games in this compilation.

                      I was 6 years old.

Thank you for making me look this up.

                        Wow, this raises memories.

With Bruce Lee it also cointains one of the first games I ever had for the C-64 (at a time where those games still were stored on cassettes).

As for Archon (that is also part of Specs compilation), some time ago I tried to get it to work again on PC, but it looks like the game speed is totaly determined by the processor speed and so the game now runs way too fast (and therefore the Duel phases of the game are unplayable)

Dis, the Amiga was doing very well, right up until Bill Gates got jealous.

Proteus, you can get Slo'mo or whatever it is called to run the game at the proper speed.

Maybe I was a bit young for the Amiga... but before I got my first PC (with Civ ) I only played Sega Megadrive.

It wasn't until the mid 90s the Amiga started to really die - when the PC began to take off.

Apidya and Project X for the win. Cool video, but made slightly crap by the fact that the vast majority of those sequences are taken from the first 2 minutes of the game.

Also no Elite 2: Frontier wtf!!
