My favorite game is Defender:
It is some kind of Tower Defense, but instead of Towers you put Ultima Wizards in place, which exist in different classes (each with a different secondary effect to their shots/spells [aside from causing damage]) and each of them can gain experience for killing monsters and level up if he has enough XP).
Aside from the pre existing levels/dungeons there also exists an option to play selfmade dungeons.Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."
