it's widely seen as the first proper dubstep album, certainly the first to really break into the overground. i've listened to a few of the tracks and i'm tempted to buy the LP, some interesting stuff in what i've heard.

dubstep is growing in popularity worldwide now. i quite like it (think i made a post about it in one of the old threads), but i struggle to listen to a set of it, because you get some tracks which are absolute genius and a lot which are utterly mediocre. there is however a great deal of variety within dubstep, which makes it an interesting genre to explore.

I got the album based on the track above, and I can't really say it's bad. But it's not very exciting either, it's like elevator music. I can't think of an occasion when I would put this on, but then again I'm probably not in the target group for this album...
