i need to find a good anti-spyware program

i've got AVG for the viruses, but i need something for spyware. something free, obviously.

I've used Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D, both are ok, but I stopped using them because I never have trouble with spyware and living dangerously helps ease the boredom. (I even went without firewall and anti-virus for 6 months... no luck.)

HijackThis is the best program out of the bunch listed there, though it's not really anti-spyware. Tells you all the processes running, so anything malignant can be diagnosed.

spybot s&D is great and following good reviews i've started using spyware terminator.
