Best of fortunes, and as an added bonus, I held them close, and covered with a blanket and just gently rocked them back and forth and made cooing sounds, trying to help them relax in the arms of a big old troll.

One of the kittens looks just like that. I have one orange, two tabby, two more tabby but with patches of white and orange. They have blue eyes. Very very cute

I am happy to report that all made it through the night and I may have even found a Vet clinic that will take them and adopt them out. Our shelter will kill them if their not 8 weeks old. How sucky is that!.

Sad, the reason i could never work at an animal shelter, I just wouldnt have the heart to do the weekly deed, which is what happens to the older ones here, come Friday 8 am, euthanized time, dreadful but a necessary part of the process

To get a baby kitty to poop take a q-tip and wet it and then tickle their anus with it. Mommy cats will lick that area on their little ones after they eat to get them to poop.
Wifey was a vet tech for 4 years and has a degree in Animal Science. Also, we rescued a couple of kittens once and Buddy, my dog, took over these duties for us.
