        In my city there's a quater called Wilcze Gardlo, "Wolf Throat", that is. It was built in the thirties it seems, and it is believed in Poland that entire quater is built in the shape of swastika, but I've heard it's a myth.

              Why the hell would you modify a perfectly functional building just to change how it looks form above? It's a waste of money, IMO.

              And anyway, it's a good Hindu symbol, so there's no real need to do this.

                              600,000 dollars seems like a lot of money.

                              You could just build four short collonaded walks to join up the open sides and the overall shape would then look unexceptional.
