  • What do you think of this saying?

"Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words. Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions. Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits. Be careful of your habits, for your habits become your character. Be careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny."

Don't have a clue who said it. What thinkest thou spud?

Be careful of changing your mind because this would play havoc with the opening post.

I think lots of awesome things that don't become my destiny. The chain is broken somewhere.

Interestingly enough Apolyton said as I posted that:

"Your present plans will be successful."

I was going to take a nap actually. If before forming my plans I had known I'd be having Poly's blessing on them, I would have come up with something a bit more ambitious.

There is truth in it, but more than what can be inferred from the words. Pretty much, it is say that motive and want lead to reward and thus justify the action. If you are pure of heart and pure of motive than where you will find yourself will be where you'd expect. To this much, I say that is true

I could quote scripture, but I won't. However, the Word says as much, and it has been right in every instance I have tested it.

Be faithful, and live with purpose. Not just purpose of motive, but purpose of heart and you will find that your prayers will be answered.
