If they didn't invent it, then it will be easy for you to name other scientists who were awarded Nobel prize for laser invention.
The first working laser was demonstrated in May 1960 by Theodore Maiman at Hughes Research Laboratories.

Is it satellite-guided like MOAB?
Btw:
MOAB is the first U.S. weapon to use Russian-style lattice control surfaces (referred to as "Belotserkovskiy grid fins"), like those used on the R-400 Oka and Vympel R-77.
To be fair, Russians haven't gloated about weaponry that much. So... while it would be about penis compensation, this would mean the Russians have bigger meats, right?

I thought Serb was saying who "bombed the biggest" and the answer would be the Russian junior hockey team
For those of you that don't follow hockey, Canada beat them 7 times and had one tie ( the result of a stellar performance by the Russian goalie) in an eight game series. The games were usually not even close between teams that most assumed would be close in talent.
So my vote for the "biggest bomb" --- The Russian national junior hockey team

I dissagree, some games were pretty close, like the fourth game (2:4), which I witnessed from arena. But overall you were better at every aspect. You had a team, while we had a bunch of players. We weren't ready for such tournament (not to mention you've knocked out our best players at second game).
Anyhow, my congrats Canada. We've been ****ed. But we'll be back.

Have you ever drive through a poor neighborhood and see those guys driving a run down 1992 Accord with three different body colors due to body repairs, paint pealing off the hood and roof, a fake "R" badge on the back, cracked windsheild, sqeaky breaks, dice in the mirror, running rust on the bumpers and a tin can exhaust "upgrade," but also with a sweet set of 18" spinners?
= Russia
