Registering for Conference + Submitting Paper

I work for a company that organises conferences here in Singapore.

We will be handling a very large one which will be held in Nanjing in China next year.

I'm looking for an online registration form software and paper submission + management, does anyone here know of any? I'm asking here because I know quite a lot of you attend conferences.
