Distribution is similar here in Germany. The fun starts when richer states like Bavaria complain today all the time about how they have to pay for others, forgetting that they received similar help over quite a long time, before they got their economy running .....Blah -

Actually, if that was a reference to Dubya, unfortunately I cannot pin him on the South. The Bushes are from Greenwich, CT. Dubya was born in New Haven. He went native down there in Texas, I suppose, but he's a Yankee by birth, upbringing and education. So he's basically on us.
