Apparently Communism means: Being a manufacturing powerhouse and supplying the wealthy with all it's goods, while remaining poor and polluted.

While Capitalism means: Being wealthy and having a communist country produce all your luxuries for you, so that you can effectively export the pollution, low wages, and poor working conditions that are required to sustain your way of life.
