Well, it's no good killing someone in the sun. If I remember correctly from reading The Stranger in HS, "the sun was really bright, so I shot him" doesn't stand up in a court of law. Then again, I think that novel took place in Algeria or somewhere. Your laws may differ. -

The scary thing about Taiwan is, this sort of thing is legal there. Taiwan is essentially the murder capital of the world, and last I checked it has a higher murder rate per capita than any US state or protectorate combined. Taiwan also has more reported sex predators and tax evaders than the UK or any African country. The last fact I know off hand is that Taiwan has a higher carjacking rate than Russia (it might be the US but I think Russia).
