There are several small electirc car makers. Tesla motors is one I know from the top of my head.
The problem is, because they are small, they concetrate on making sports cars or other niche vehicles. I don't see any big makers starting to mass produce electric cars, for the economic reasons given in the movie Lancer saw.If you don't like reality, change it! me
