  • I am living forever

    Or maybe not.

Given the choice, would you want to?

If you say yes, you can put any caveats you like in.

Like forever youthful, your friends and family would have the same option, you can still commit suicide if needs be etc..

Depends on whether it's been a good day or a bad day. Also, if I' was going to live for ever I'd want to retain some semblance of youth. 70 is wrinkly and incontinent enough. 170 at that rate of decay is not an attractive idea.

Ozzy is fun on this topic. He thinks old people should be exterminated, it seems. :fishing:

Totally. If I can stay young. I don't care about friends and family - I'll make new ones as the old ones die.

Make new family? There are some limits on that...

Don't old people exterminate themselves naturally if left alone anyway?

              I'd live forever.

Just that seeing all my kids die before me for the rest of time might get tiresome though....

I wouldn't want the prospect of living forever, but wouldn't mind living a long time. Let's say a couple hundred years. Maybe a thousand.

I'm no short-timing wimp like some people we know.

I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

I plan on living forever. So far, so good?

I know. I was confused on how to write it, as it was also a question. Messed me all up.

Damn you, that's not a question - that's a statement that all of us that want to live forever says every morning
