Honestly, Pekka, I don't think anyone on Apolyton would even bat an eyelash at the suggestion that you might have weird views on sex. I don't think me saying it is going to make people believe it anymore.

Lori, no, that's just the most common perception. It doesn't make it anymore normal. Let's see what kind of stats the average people also hit... oh there's stupidity, mediocracy, unfit, boring... what else?

The world is as it is. We are as we are, the difference is how we interpret the relationship between the self and the world and others in it. It doesn't even recognize factual things often times, see the issue about the earth being the center and sun going around it. Or earth being flat. That was their perception. That was also what you'd call normal. I'd call it stupid. You can go ahead and think we are so much smarter NOW. But the way I see it, we might be still one of the pig mouth race as humans compared to highly intelligent beings, our understanding just can not comprehend certain things so we are blind to them.

It is the reality that we think we see and know, but we're only interpreting it, based on our experience, knowledge and most of all with otu relationship to the self. We compare everything to ourselves, not just other people. So, it says a lot more about you than it says about me that I'm not normal and me saying I'm every bit normal as the rest of us in here. But if you mean normal as having a stable position in the 'masses', then I guess I'm not normal, but I would never want that. And I don't mean dressing like a weirdo to stand out, but at least I try not to bind myself into ideologies or concepts that are thought as constant, but they aren't, but we think they're real, but they're man made. It's just the times we live in, the paradigm, and people 200 years later will think jeesh, those guys were idiots.

But I have actually read about the history of sexuality. Have you? It's not exactly porn, it's quite interesting and very intriquing ideas about the modern people moving back into the hedonist times, breaking away from the feeling of guilt imposed by strict rules, religions etc. So you can go ahead and strap yourself into the chair and have the rule book read to you before you try anything, I'd rather map out the sexual cosmos of the body and spirit and the connection, no rules, just purely seeking hedonism and what feels good. No preconceptions about things, or do you let other people tell you how to have sex? So if this seems bizarre to you, fine. To you it means bizarre, to me it means interesting, exploring new horizons and seeing what happens, maybe learn something new.

So I fully accept the possibility that we're just cretins, a low level life form of some sort. My fatalist flavour says that if we are cretins and make the wrong choices because of that, so be it, let the world end. It's not like it bothers me. You just think you're so special, that we'd lose something valuable if the world woudl end. No. We'd just lose a bunch of mediocracy. That's it. Of course to every individual we'd lose things we hold dear, like the people we love. Outside that, so what? Since there is existance, there should be higher forms of intelligence and life, making the right choices, so we're just bugs in comparison.

So bottom line.. what ever, you can call me gay and ****, I don't really care. You can call me bizarre, what I just said is not bizarre. It's very simple and basic alternatives to common percetion that is widely accepted as 'interesting topic', fi you can't relate, it was just a mixture of history and the relationship to body, I can recommend books if you want ot read about it, and then I talked about the possibility of freaking aliens with laserbeams on top of their heads. Very normal topics, so if you find them bizarre, I don't know, maybe you should jump from the roof or something, because life gets a lot more difficult than this.
