Ok, this is really old (from the G8 meeting) so I apologize if it has been posted before.

But look at him!! He just came back from lunch with Putin and acted pretty strange. Maybe he's just weird and eccentric, I don't know much about him.

I don't know Winston, we've had a fair number of drunk threads in the past. This might need to go into the Drunk subforum.

Or, as a compromise, it could go into the Politics subforum's subforum, Politicians Doing Stupid Things, which, I admit, would mostly be filled with Bush threads.

He looks drunk to me anyway, I don't think "being French" explains everything here.

I've had a few drinks with French people, they certainly can not hold their liquor like their eastern and northern neighbours.. Grown men end up giggling like little girls and mooning random passers-by. Maybe that's what happened here.
