    I'm a Civ addict. When I'm playing Civ I'm a conquerer, when I'm not I'm a schmo.

    Why not though? If I can get away with it, not starve, not alienate my family, why not? I'm not destroying myself with booze or drugs, I'm not hurting other people and I'm not chasing skirts.

    Ok, I can see where this culture might think that is sick.

          I come here to Poly, I so enjoy getting away from the "pressures" of management to the "pressures" of managing an empire

          Seriously, I do love coming to Poly, playing Civ related games and posting and having a good time, some would think thats insane.

          Then I think of the line Steve Buschemi used in ConAir, he told Nicolas Cage that some would think its insane to work in a job for 30 years to receive a gold watch

          Some people drink at bars and play pool/darts

          Some people fish, extensively

          Some folks work out in Gyms excessively only to die healthy

          Me, I love Civin and Poly and will for a long time to come
