        Err..Serb, Aeroflot has announced it.

Last week Aeroflot Russian Airways announced that it will buy 22 Boeing 787 Dreamliner airplanes. Aeroflot formally signed the contract with Boeing at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum on Saturday, June 9, 2007. The $3 billion order was part of $13.5 billion in new business deals announced over the weekend at the conference, which drew over 10,000 visitors to multiple venues in Russian President Vladimir Putin's hometown. President Putin joined several of his cabinet ministers and many Russian business leaders at the showcase event to promote Russia's booming economy.

Boeing on Sunday signed an order for 22 long-range 787s from Aeroflot after a year of stop-start talks with the Russian flag carrier, sealing the deal alongside strategic joint ventures with two Russian aerospace groups.

What's so special about the MIG-29 there? Thrust vectoring?

                3D thrust vectoring > 2D thrust vectoring.

Yes, they signed an order. Financial terms included.

They have not been delivered yet, because the very first 787 is still being built. But they did buy.

You asked what's so special about the MIG-29 OVT, not about which plane is better.

And I don't have time for a lecture about superiority of Russian fighters.
                      So, have a nice day.

Serb, it is a small hobby of mine to hunt you out in threads where you get irrationally upidy like this.

                        Go ahead, do your worst.

In any case, I think the Boeing and Airbus planes are amazing machines, I would be hard pressed to pick one over the other. Look forward to getting a closer look at them when they go operational with the fleets.

It must be hard for Serb when his national airline has to buy American...
