At first I wanted to answer none of the above, but I have to confess I have:
- drunk from the french wine we bought in France, brought to Belgium without paying the legal taxes (that was some time ago...).
- drunk belgian alcohol, bought in quantity less than 2 liters (*)
(*) There was an old belgian law that forbad shops to sell alcohol in quantities less than 2 liters. Old law, not applied anymore, but not withdrawned either.
