And it's instantly disqualified for not recognizing the back button on my mouse

It looks a little nicer than firefox, and takes up less space for interface. If there were an adblock plugin (and the back button worked) I might actually switch to it.

Also it doesn't work with the accelerated scrolling on my mouse (if you move the scroll wheel fast enough it goes even farther), but I think that's a problem with Microsoft's drivers (scrolling behaves oddly in some other applications too).

      How big is the file?

In keeping with iTunes, is it 60-70MB and bundled with QiznikTimez 1.56.2.4.1, iTunz 2.41.3.5, Apple Tray Message Spammer 5.3.1, and iPodSERVICEZCrashy 4.1.3.1?

8 MB without Quicktime. (Why anyone would want it with Quicktime I don't know.)

Yeah, because what Windows needs is another crappy browser with an incomplete standards implimentation.

Also, AFAICT the cookie permissions aren't as powerful as FF (no allow/allow for session for individual sites).

And I haven't found a way to add search bookmarks (e.g. "g safari" googles for Safari).

OTOH, it lets me resize the input box for forum posts, which is

I have an extension for FF that lets me resize any form fields.

Installed it, then went right back to my Opera/Firefox with IETab combo.

I don't think I'll be using it much--I don't like it's aesthetic, it loads slower, and quite simply, just isn't really that impressive. The only reason I got it was to get KHTML in Windows.

I'm going to give it about a day, in case there's some killer feature I haven't noticed, then back to FF.

I think for most fanbois, the killer feature is that it's by Apple.

I don't think I'll bother with it until it moves out of beta - or I'm more certain that it won't have any weird side effects.
