India: Boy, 8, Held as Serial Killer

An 8-year-old boy was being questioned in Bihar State after he was accused of killing his infant sister and cousin and another baby over the last year, the police said. The Times of India reported that the boy’s relatives had concealed the killings but that the last victim was not a family member. According to the police, the boy spoke little and offered no motive but smiled a lot.
