India: Boy, 8, Held as Serial Killer

An 8-year-old boy was being questioned in Bihar State after he was accused of killing his infant sister and cousin and another baby over the last year, the police said. The Times of India reported that the boy’s relatives had concealed the killings but that the last victim was not a family member. According to the police, the boy spoke little and offered no motive but smiled a lot.

This is so far gone that I don't even know whether to blame him or not. There has to be some defect in his environment, his upbringing, or the cultural influences he's been exposed to, to cause such a complete fìck up of the psyche.

Actually, what is worrisome is that relatives let this happen. Unfortunately, they don't tell us the gender of the cousin, but we can guess.

OT, this kid should have been cultured considering his age, but someone seems to have missed their responsibility.

Toddlers, even before they can walk, are actually predators that attacks other toddlers when they can (this is no joke - I have several colleagues with small children and they all say the same - kindergarten (esp pre) is a kill or be killed zone.
