You are simply wrong. As Zkribbler has already pointed out they are two expressions of ideology and world view points. One says individuals are good but that corporations should be regulated to serve the best interests of people and the other says that individuals should be forced to serve the best interests of corporations with the caviote that government should be used to stop what they feel is "immoral" (gay sex, interracial sex, masturbation, sex not for procreation, sex toys, etc...

They are just world views expressed as ideologies.

I don't believe this stuff is enforced enough to have a problem with the legislation. I was caught in the car with a girl and the cop didn't even bother knocking on the window. Not sure if that is illegal, but I assume it is.

Even if such harsh, anti-civil liberties laws are usually not enforced, the fact that they are there, still poses a threat.

No, they don't. Possessing/using sex toys is still allowed, he said.
