    Awwww so sad



    I've been reading a thread on Something Awful. Basically there is a girl with pretty horrible parents but since the physical abuse happened years ago (while emotional/controlling issues continue) there isn't much CPS is doing as they always go with parents over kids when there isn't evidence. This is something I've always hated about CPS.

    I posted on facebook. I have friends there who actually are in places in NOVA where they might know more about how to help.

        Sad stuff happens all the time, from an outside observer this isn't a particularly interesting case.

            Is there something more around this story or was that it?
            I mean: WTF?
            All there is is a lousy badly recorded answering machine tape with basically no evidence! We don't know **** about what hapened, so why should I care and what should this tell me?
