An interesting thought about being a God

It's true, yes. I've thought about it, I mean not how can I be one or would I be one if I could, obviously I'm not and that's the way it is nor would I really want to be one. So this is not blasphemous stuff.

But an interesting experiment. Yes. About these Scientologists, it reminded me of a way to control people and make yourself as God for them.

You take a person or few people, you drug them so they black out. You don't let them know you drugged them, so it has to be subtle and sudden with as little side effects as possible. A little stupor when they wake up would be a plus.

You arrange a space, a room or open field or similar, you take people in there, naked or something. You put all kinds of nice things there. Then when the person wakes up, you go to them and say "You have died and you are now in afterlife. You may know this as Heaven. You are not yet in Heaven, for you are waiting your time to enter. This is the waiting room."

They are prolly weirded out by it, but then you continue, "Do not worry, this is a peaceful place and you can enjoy yourself.".... Then you leave them be for a while, and come back again. "You can not enter Heaven yet. You have not fulfilled your mission in your life. You have to return to your previous life and do as I instruct you, so you are ready and may enter the Heaven."

Then you give them things to think or believe, or a mission to do. Then you drug them again but make sure they won't forget this thing or think it was a dream.

Maybe this was a story I heard or a history snippet I remember.

Like hundreds of years ago, this was done by some group, so they'd then take on murder later on. You'd send a 'messenger' to these people, and you need them to murder this and this person, and some of them would actually go and do it because of no fear of death or the afterlife adn the strong sense and 'knowledge' of being an actor of God, whose will you are doing, thereby throwing all moral consequences adn thoughts out of the window and acting against your basic human gut feeling that would say no, don't do this.

But in all sense, this would be one of the greatest powers used. If a person thinks they died, saw God or someone speaking for God, and then they returned back to life because they weren't ready to enter yet for some reason.. and then you get this messenger out of nowhere and it all 'makes sense' to you.. if you were sure it wasn't a dream but it actually happened to you. I mean that carries a lot of power in itself whether you decide to take action or not. And we know some people would take action.

Boy would they feel stupid afterwards.

This would make a great Punk'd. Maybe we should e-mail this idea to Ashton?

So this is with multiple people? An interesting way to induce Folie A Deux, but not much more. It kind of reminds of that "magic trick" where the guy allegedly passes out playing an arcade game adn then wakes up inside of it. Really stupid viral clip you could probably find on eBaum's.
