  • Again Movie question: Age of Sail/Lost in the Wild/Antic Movies

Yep on the search for good movies again...
This time Im looking for something like "Christopher Kolumbus" or "Robinson Cruso". Movies with someone stranded on some island fighting for survival would interest me, or any movie with pirates in it would do too....

Hm, or maybe even some antic movie like "troja"....
If its no fun why do it? Dance like noone is watching...

Papillion is good. For traditional Disney fun The Swiss Family Robinson is always good especially if you have children.

Matthew Modine was in Cutthroat Island.

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

There's an older movie with Gregory Peck as Hornblower. Not bad but of course looks kinda old-fashioned today against something like Master and Commander. Still one of the better movies about age of sail stuff.
