You know the government never indicts someone on all crimes, just in case they lose the trial. If they try him on the African bombings and lose, they still have 9/11 in reserve. Saddam was only tried for two crimes. It's not like they didn't have hard evidence he invaded Kuwait.

Frankly, the FBI is refusing to provide Congress with a lot of info, not just on the anthrax case. The current Administration seems to hold the view that Congress' oversight role is limited to what the Administration tells it. So I'm not inclined to see that as evidence of wrong-doing.

As for the FBI thing - once again, it appears that if a government agency says or does anything that might (appear) to help the 9/11 TRUTH! line, it's gospel. If they disagree with the TRUTH!, they're a pack of liars.

USAMA BIN LADEN IS WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE AUGUST 7, 1998, BOMBINGS OF THE UNITED STATES EMBASSIES IN DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA, AND NAIROBI, KENYA. THESE ATTACKS KILLED OVER 200 PEOPLE. IN ADDITION, BIN LADEN IS A SUSPECT IN OTHER TERRORIST ATTACKS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

That last sentence is vague enough to include 9/11.

They most likely have very good evidence tying him to the embassy bombings, whereas the 9/11 evidence is weaker. That doesn't mean it wasn't an Al-Qaida op.
