Once the term elite became 31337, it was still ok. THEN it became 1337, it's not ok anymore. All these script kiddies thinking they're elite, well they're not. And yes, they even think they're not script kiddies, but if you download a tool, you are one. Get used to it.
Some of these idiots even leave their tools and rootkits and whatnot just kind of laying in the server they attacked, and thank you man, now your ass is grass. Really really stupid. Of course it's great, because now we not only get you, we'll also get your friends, who are stupid enough to be hanging around you, so that's the price to pay for having stupid friends. Even better if one of them had enough brain power ot set up a dedicated server for their communication and dump services, so now we'll get folks dealing with them as well. Excellent.

Ohh I even fantasize about demolishing stupid lamers. You know, in most countries, it's possible to start tracking down folks if the ISP lets you, because they have the right to 'defend their own network' should their terms of use be abused. Right, so there's no need for like court permissions or anything.
So, I'm fantasizing about the deals with the ISPs, me, hunting down kiddies, I'd only bust the stupid ones. I'd pull every single terrorism act and organized crime clause on their ass. I don't care, if they're like 13 years old, even better, more time to serve in the prison and more time to suffer. I'd be there when the authorities raid their little lives when their parents are watching and crying their eyes out, I'm there taking pictures for my personal 'priceless'-archives. Pictures of my victims so to say.
The smart ones, the brilliant ones, I'd just leave them be. They're inspiring. The kids needs to go. Let the pros rumble and roam freely. It's cool. But if you're an idiot?
