I don't know DanS, but I would assume he considers this a business and PolyCast as a part of that business. If a customer (and everyone who comes here and drives up ad rates is one) tells the owner that something isn't effective (and apparently DanS doesn't know how effective it is, not knowing what kind of numbers he has) then I'd say it's a situation more akin to a comments card.I never know their names, But i smile just the same

Anyway Sloww, the point is, you don't berate people for leaving a comment card because nothing will ever come of it. You watch them put it in the bin and know that it will get tossed in the trash when they close the place at night.I never know their names, But i smile just the same
