  • What is your "nirvana"

What makes you feel the most relaxed?

Right now for example I am exhausted after rugby training. Then I had a long hot shower. Then had some tacos, then ate a lot of popcorn. Then I sat down in a la z boy and am listening to a good playlist of Coldplay/Sigur Rós/Jeff Buckley/Pink Floyd/John Lennon.
I have never been as relaxed and felt so good, ever I think.

He waited 8 hours for that answer?

I like visiting with my daughter. Anything that's going badly can drift away when I'm visiting with the brightest spot of my life.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

        - Praying

        - Backrub

-Listening to some songs of Genesis/John Adams/Requiem of Faure/Mozart, etc.. while someone is giving me a back rub.

And btw; I seriously need a back rub right now

I'd have to go with the dissolution of self and the freedom from the constant cycle of death and rebirth.
Exult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you. But you have the biggest gifts of all: the gift of understanding the ruthlessly cruel process that gave us all existence [and the] gift of revulsion against its implications.
                -Richard Dawkins

i have to agree. it's either that, or the satisfaction you get from a really good bowel movement.
