The guy at Dell also helped me fix a driver compatability problem I was having. All in all annoying but solved. I can't believe I forgot to check the jumper settings.

OK, next question. XP used to have tabs at the bottom of the Windows Explorer directory tree for things like "My pictures", "My Music", and "My Videos" but Vista does have this feature and isn't showing these tabs for the old drive. Where would my old music and video files be saved by default by Windows XP? I used to just use the tabs so I never bothered to learn the whole directory name.

I found some of my music library in my old Kazaa incoming downloads folder. Ahhh, it's good to have some of my music again. I've moved on from Punjabi MC to Disco Tex & the Sex-o-lets. That's bound to be something an old timer like NYE will like.

I still need to find the old "My Music" folder though.
