I have to deal with the same ****. And I'm an adult!. I'm so sick of people nagging me how to live my life. Let me make my own mistakes. I want to have fun.

So my advice is to live your life however you want to. Make your mistakes. Just try to keep focus on your overall goal in life, and keep an eye out for your health.
