  • I dream of plane crashes and people falling down cliffs...

Not always, but it's a recurrent theme.

It's always other people that fall down: cliffs, pits, from house roofs. Never "enemies", always random people from the same group though not friends either. The planes when they crash do so always within a relatively short distance like 2 kms away and I see them dropping from the sky.

It's beginning to disturb me What might it be?

Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

Does this dream excite you? I mean.. I guess not, but you could turn it into a sexual thing. Just tag the sexual feeling into this dream, and it'll be fun. Weird, but fun. If you can't get rid of it, learn to enjoy it. Sexy falling dreams, yeah!

This dream could relate the unstability of your emotions when faced with confrontation. it could be your deep underlying subconscious trying frantically to explain to you the reasons for your trepidation of exposing yourself for others to see. most importantly, and the very point of this post, is because i believe this dream truly explains how your psyche truly behaves...

OTOH i just made all that up...

Exciting in the positive, sexual way? No, it's just a worrying experience, just the odd feeling in the stomach as you see a plane moving downward vertically from the sky. It usually disappears behind some houses (almost always in a city) and then I hear the explosion and see a fire ball. Sometimes also in the wild with the plane disappearing behind a hill / trees before the crash.

Last night it was people falling into some holes in the ground. One time I dreamt I was in some left house, like a big warehouse or something but with several stories. I was on the rooftop with kids, who were playing around like crazy until one of them fell down. They scream also.

You have fears of not being able to control what happens... Esspecially the kids-dream is a pointer to that... you are there with them yet you cant stop them from falling down -> fear of lack of control and thus lack of responsibil ability
If its no fun why do it? Dance like noone is watching...

I don't know how dreams translates into your inner worries and fantasies really, but dreams in general can be very disturbing, so disturbing they ruin your week sometimes. Don't worry about mental stability, it's normal to have disturbing dreams. I just appreciate them as horror experiences. Free movies.

DanielXY might be spot on, at least I've had dreams which I think have clearly pointed to a fear of losing control, usually when I've taken on new responsibilities. When I started my part-time job as a cashier, for example, the next night I had a dream where I was at work and screwed everything up in front of the customers without being able to do anything about it. I guess that type of dream is pretty common. I don't remember if I've ever had recurrent nightmares though.

It means you aren't eating enough protein (chicken or beef)

The neurotransmitter synthesis process in your brain is starved of the necessary amino acids that only chicken and beef can provide

thank goodness for that. i cant IMAGINE somebody trying to air out their "dirty laundry" here on 'Poly. it is ridiculous to share "personal" experiences or mental "exposure" on a bulletin board, especially on one like 'Poly where you get "burned" when you even say one sentence out of context. I have, and will NEVER, expose myself for people to know "personal" things about me or my mental state...

                      dammit... nevermind... sorry!

I'm not sure if it's that responsibility thing, I never feel responsible for what's going on nor out of control.

Why can't you dream of boobs like everyone else?
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Do you dream of men with boobs then?

I'm not ruling out other kinds of dreams, just focussing on this one.

Last night I dreamt of several 9-11 style attacks happening within half an hour in the same place, supposedly American. There were passenger planes, rocket planes and all stuff like that intentionally being crashed into civil buildings. A friend and me we tried to chase one guy before he could jump into his flying missile and do the attack but we were too slow and he did it.

These dreams must be testosterone induced since I generally have an extremely high level of testosterone.
