the problem with this list is there are thousands if not millions of songs to choose from. None of the songs on my list were also chosen by other posters.

What we will end up with is radio friendly songs that have been overplayed. Now we know why these songs are overplayed, because everyone thinks they are great.

might have to check some of these songs out. I only know one song by Accept. Their "hit" basically.

I keep meaning to check out more blind guardian songs, I only have one currently. I'll get around to more acquiring later

Apocalyptica- good song

Atari Teenage Riot. I made the mistake of buying one of their albums. I was looking for something different, but crap isn't the kind of different I was looking for. . Burn Berlin Burn was the album I believe. The song was okay.

Deftones- also my favourite deftones song

Dio- One of my favourite Dio songs (the other being Holy Diver- We Rock is an excellent tune though)

Iron Maiden- hmm, I'm not familiar with Lord of the Flies. I haven't kept up with them after album #8 (except Brave New World which I own, but don't listen to much)

The Atari Teenage Riot song is from the soundtrack of Fast and Furious Tokyo drift.

I have found by chance some really nice ballads by Accept and listen to them quite often. The King, No time to lose, Glad to be alone, Can't stand the night

I figured that We Rock would make a good "official" song but I like Holy diver and Children of the sea better or at least just as much.

I will be going to a Blind Guradian concert in May and Iron Maiden in June
