Interestingly, the two richest men of the world, who build personally 100% of their wealth, have decided to return three quarters of their billions to the whole humanity. They also desagreed with the suppression of the taxe on inheritance.

Warren Buffet is known for his monachal way of life, and does not refrain from giving his opinion on subjects like stock options or big bosses income.
You mean monastic (ie, "like a monk")? In English you'd more commonly use "spartan" (without excessive luxury) or "austere", or even "plain" or "simple". Monastic usually means something closer to anti-social or like a hermit (in english).

Or you might have meant monarchal, which would be probably also correct for Mr. Buffet (though inconsistent with your contextual clues)

Many thanks for correcting my poor english
Anyway, Warren Buffet's style of life in Omaha (Nebraska), compared with his annual income, possibly may be described, in a litterary exaggeration, that I ask you to authorize, as eremetic (or heremetic which, I believe, is not faulty).

Eremitic is correct, but a fairly obscure word in English. I suspect French cognate is less so.

I am not sure (Spiffor, how often do you read eremitic in your commie newspapers? )

Whatever, when I read how clarity helps beings neighbouring the North Pole, I am tempted by obscurity.

obviously, the first thing to do is to eliminate all income tax below approx $30,000 per year.

Sounds like a plan. Talk about an incentive to work.

Failing that a revision of the tax policies in another way might be in order. The OP states that 99% of wage income is taxed but only 75% of investment income is taxed. Increasing the penalties for not declaring gains made via capital investments seems in order; I imagine if the fines become stiff enough people would rather pay the taxes up front then risk losing everything and going to jail for evading taxes. Especially since capital gains taxes are so much lower then income taxes and other payroll taxes.

I'm not sure if you're sarcastic, but anyway: "Canucks" is a slang term for "Canadians". Hence, Canuck is the language of Canucks (which is either English or French).
