The general consensus is that everyone was successfully evacuated from the area well before the collapse. One of the WTC7 office workers is believed to have died while aiding victims of WTC 1 and 2.

Interestingly, the demolition of WTC7 apparently did not happen on schedule and was delayed for some reason. However, the conspirators apparently forgot to tell their press spokesman about the delay, because the BBC reported the collapse of WTC7 20 minutes before it actually happened, and WTC7 was still standing behind the shoulder of the BBC reporter as she reported its collapse:

What's especially tragic is that Mayor Giuliani received advance warning of the collapse of the Twin Towers while operating out of his WTC7 command post. None of the firefighters inside the twin towers were warned. You can hear Giuliani make this admission to Peter Jennings of ABC News at around the 53 minute mark of the "9/11 Mysteries" documentary:

WTC7 was damaged - badly no doubt - by the collapse (and falling debris) of the Towers.

In the case of the FBI, I would say that it's more than a brave loner or two, I think a significant and powerful faction within the FBI must be pro-truth in order to refuse to list 9/11 as one of the crimes for which Osama Bin Laden is wanted on the FBI's Most Wanted poster of Bin Laden, and for its spokesman to go on record stating that "there is no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11.”

But of course people like yourself will continue to keep their head in the sand and refuse to even consider the possibility that the person the Bush administration hired to "confess" to 9/11 and the real Bin Laden might not be the same person.
