It has been exposed, and by perhaps the biggest buffoon of them all, Rumsfeld. He "accidentally" admitted that the Pentagon was hit by a missile and that Flight 93 was shot down:

Also, Dick Cheney was apparently unaware that a witness was present when Cheney made sure that the aircraft/missile that struck the Pentagon would not be shot down prior to impact. The testimony by former Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta was edited out of the 9/11 Commission video archive. When questioned about this, representatives at the National Archive stated that the video may have been lost because of a ‘snafu’.

I haven't reviewed the evidence nor do I know anything about the King v. Jowers case, but it is interesting that the government looked at the "new" evidence and did nothing to bring charges against anyone in the three cited governments alledgely part of the conspiracy.

Slaughtermeyer, isn't your post slightly misleading because it fails to mention that the alledged conspiracy was among agents of several goverments: the local, state and federal governments. I had the impression from your post that the only government involvement was by the US government, implying that the "real" conspiracy was by private folks such as the KKK.

Now KKK involvement I would believe. These folks have members who work for the various governments (such as Senator Byrd) and could have manipulated events. But this still would not make it a government conspiracy.
