DIdn't hte porn industry decide to go with HD DVD already? Haven't we concluded that the war is over like few months ago? We only need to have Bluray cracked so Hollywood understand it's not about the format that has to do with protection, they all will be cracked eventually.

Amen to that. You can stick your $90 films up your ass thank you very much.

I'll get a HD capable player in a few years when the standards have settled a bit, wider equipment will be more compatible, and prices of disks aren't stupid.

Serenity was the first HD-DVD movie cracked. I don't know about Blu-Ray, but it's also no longer secured.

DRM's ****ing stupid, anyway, since the decryption method and the key are given to the end-user, and a sufficiently clever one will be able to work through the obfuscation that they've put in (or not) and release it to everyone.
